New Dental Patient Information – Albuquerque, NM
We Can’t Wait to Welcome You!
Have you ever been to a dentist and felt like you were another item they had to check off of their to-do list? Here at Natural Dental Services, we do things differently. We are a three-person team with only one dentist, and we see only one patient at a time — you will receive personalized, attentive care at every stage of your treatment! Read below to learn more about what you can expect when you join our family of patients.
Your First Visit
We will give you a warm welcome and take the time to listen to your concerns. We will also examine your mouth, ask questions about your medical history, and design a personalized plan to help you reach your oral wellness goals. We’ll also give you our personal cell numbers. If you ever have any questions or urgent oral health concerns, we encourage you to reach out to us, even if it is outside of our normal dental office hours.
No one likes to sit in a dental office and fill out forms. To make the patient intake process as easy as possible, our forms are available to fill out online. Taking care of this ahead of time will allow both you and us to focus on what’s most important during your appointment — your oral health and overall wellness.
Dental insurance can place stipulations on dental treatments that affect quality of care, so we do not participate in any insurance networks. However, we will still be happy to help you file your claims if your plan allows you to visit any dentist (this is common with PPO insurance). Make sure you provide us with your policy information so we can make the process of using your benefits as easy as possible.
If you do not wish to or are unable to pay for the entirety of your treatment at the time of your appointment, you may qualify for financing through a third-party lender. Most patients are approved for credit, and you will probably even be able to take advantage of a low-interest or no-interest payment arrangement. Our team can help you through the application process, which usually takes just a few minutes.
